The main goal was to enable 3M to use the CRM System "Oracle CRM On Demand" on the iPad. Fellow Consulting's CRM4Mobile App enables the Sales Reps now to plan and maintain all customer interactions mobile or offline on the iPad.
Starting from a 360Â° View of customers, 3M can do the visit planning with the so-called Daily Agenda, including route planning for customer visits. Creating and maintaining Customers, Leads or Opportunities as well as Tasks and Appointments can be done both in CRM On Demand or on the iPad and can be synchronized vice-versa. After a customer visit, the visit reporting can be done directly on the iPad and the information can be shared with the colleagues within a few seconds.
