Los Angeles, California (PressExposure) March 10, 2012 -- On April 5th, 9 year old Tillman Norsworthy will make his second major film premier in the traveling side show The Devil's Carnival brought to screen by Darren Lynn Bousman and Terrance Zdunich. Tillman plays the character of Daniel the alongside actors Sean Patrick Flanery and Paul Sorvino in this twisted tale.
Tillman also will appear in The Wettest County, directed by John Hillcoat, alongside actors Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman and Shia Lebeouf. The Wettest County, set in the depression-era of Franklin County, Virginia has been set for release on August 31, 2012. The plot centers on a boot-legging gang that is threatened by authorities who want nothing more than to cut off their profits. Tillman completed ADR for the voice of the characters young Howard and young Jack in selected scenes.
Born into a family of academics, Tillman began acting at the age of four in family produced dinner theatre productions, all of which were written, directed and performed by the Norsworthy children.
Tillman started acting professionally in New York when he was seven years old as a lead actor in the Emmy Nominated Web Series The Mother Goose Club as well as a series of commercials.
Tillman can also been seen as Jack, the lead role in the short feature film The Percipient, which is due to release in spring 2012. Tillman's performance in this film shows a wide range of ability. From fighting off a series of bullying attempts to dealing with the loss of a father, Tillman shows the audience true depth of feeling from a child's perspective.
Other roles Tillman has had include Bobby Jones in the Feature Film The Dead Next Door, which is now in post production.
Tillman's uncanny ability to perform in a wide range of genres has made him one of the most highly sought after child actors of the day.
