Heathrow, United Kingdom (PressExposure) August 15, 2009 -- Mark Ridgeon initially had the idea to create an Umbrella Company that was a ‘bit different ‘to all the others on the market in early 2008, not long after the first legislation changes were implemented in the UK. It has taken a little over a year for that idea to become a reality and now Excellium is born. Although it is early days, they are already seeing results. Several recruitment agencies have already registered their interest in referring their contract workers to Excellium.

According to Mark they have been inspired by his promise of receiving ‘nothing but the best’ and he is expecting several hundred registrations on 17th August 2009. “One of the hardest things to put in place was the company personnel; we (Excellium) have recruited several top class experienced people to provide our customers and associates with a first class service. I will not accept average as a benchmark for my company; it is as simple as that” said Mark Ridgeon.

Excellium are aware, however, that there business is not a quick fix but marks the start of a journey many people will take along the road to achieving total satisfaction and with their open policy to customers will make any necessary adjustments to achieve their goals.
