A New Twist on an Old Classic

From the nightly crowd that gathers around the piano in the lounge to the management and staff, many of which have been at Brookwood Grill for over ten years, guests can relax and feel at home, knowing that they’ll be taken care of. Managing Partner Matthew Fairley has been at Brookwood for over twelve years and has seen it grow through renovations, menu changes and expansions, but two things never change: “the accommodating attitude of the employees and the commitment to quality!”

The contemporary American fare is prepared with only the freshest ingredients, including fish that is flown in daily and soups, sauces and dressings that are made from scratch on the premises. Executive Chef Marlon Ebb, who has been with the Brookwood Grill for over 15 years, continues to prepare reasonably priced staples like Pork Tenderloin, Wood Grilled Salmon and Seared Filet, along with newer creations like the Seared Tuna starter and Chicken Club Salad. His Sunday brunch also offers a variety of omelets, benedicts, waffles, French toast and Southern specialties.

With a warm, casual atmosphere, Brookwood Grill offers quality dining for families, business engagements, as well as dates. The restaurant recently underwent a facelift, but the décor - stacked stone, red bricks, old fashioned wood and dim lighting remains and gives the restaurant its timeless elegance. A full bar, serving specialty drinks in addition to beer and wine, is a hot spot with live music every evening. The 35-seat patio and 100-seat banquet room also provide additional dining options.
