Barrie, Canada (PressExposure) February 27, 2008 -- We are proud to announce the publication of Ontario author Jacqueline D'Acre's second novel 'Foreclosure'. This show horse mystery features sleuth Bryn Wiley.
As a freelance writer for several show horse magazines, unintentional sleuth Bryn wiley has a habit of tripping over bodies and ending up in the thick of mysteries. When asked to cover a story on Marcie Goodall, she ends up discovering the body of the owner next to the black stallion. The black stallion is immediately fingered for the crime, almost condemned to die right there and then when Bryn takes on his cause. With such a nose for trouble, trouble follows her as she investigates other potential suspects including real estate moguls, old flames of Marcie, and anyone or anyone with a potential and motive for the crime. Someone, somewhere has to know something because Bryn knows in her heart the stallion didn't do it.
This action packed mystery is a pure delight to read. Lost in a sea of amazing characters, the locales of Lousiana long before the hurricane hit, D'Acre calls upon her own experience working and living as a freelance writer and show horse radio station broadcaster. The author and director of All Washed Up, a movie dealing with off shore drilling and a must-watch in certain states, D'Acre makes her home in Ontario. D'Acre is also the author of Between Extremities, her first novel.
