It is commonly used in applications where omni-directional RF reception is required such as in fleet management, vehicle yard management and container monitoring.
This RFID whip antenna, model 304005, is well designed for optimal radio frequency (RF) reception performance with GAO RFID Asset Tracking's active RFID readers. It is finished with black UV resistant plastic case ensuring it to work well even in harsh outdoor use. The whip antenna should be mounted as high as possible and face the tags in its operating environment for optimal performance. This antenna conforms to the ETS 300 019 standard and is shipped with a 5m coax cable terminated with a BNC (M) connector. The whip is 450mm long.
