Aggreko Supports Soccerex 2012

Rio De Janeiro, Brasil (PressExposure) November 28, 2012 -- For the second consecutive year, Aggreko Brazil, the world leader in temporary power and temperature control services, will be both a sponsor and exhibitor at the next edition of Soccerex Global Convention, to be held from November 24th to 28th at Forte de Copacabana, in Rio de Janeiro city. Soccerex is the largest show in the world devoted exclusively to the business of football.

As well as supporting the event, Aggreko will be showcasing its own track record of providing the reliable power and cooling solutions essential to the success of some of the most important sporting and cultural events around the world, such as the London Olympic and Paralympic Games 2012.

Aggreko will share its expertise on aspects such as how to avoid potentially ruinous power blackouts, how to ensure the quality of supply that clients such as international broadcasters rely on, and the scale of preparation and capability required to ensure that large-scale events can run as designed.

"With less disruption, more flexibility, lower costs and no capital or maintenance expense for the hosts, temporary solutions play an essential part in these events," says Diogenes Pauli Neto, Managing Director of Aggreko South America.

"Once the temporary power facility is no longer required, the equipment can be rapidly demobilised and re-deployed elsewhere."
