Meant to be a fun, low cost event linking internationally recognized coaches and trainers with the local software community, AgilePalooza is a day of collaboration, education and advancement of agile methods.
For $89 attendees receive a full day of agile learning, lunch and a choice of participating in one of two tracks; Practicing Agile or Planning Agile. These tracks offer topics ideal for those newer to agile as well as more experienced practitioners.

Joshua is an entrepreneur, author, programmer and globally recognized expert in agile software development. He is passionate about excellent software and discovering better/faster ways to produce it. Joshua's 2004 bestselling book, Refactoring to Patterns, won a Jolt Cola award and has been translated to 8 languages.
Joshua is founder of Industrial Logic, an agile consulting firm that helps organizations scale agility faster by providing expert coaching and training in Extreme Programming and agile project management. Joshua and his colleagues are skilled coaches who provide a mix of technical, managerial and entrepreneurial wisdom in their work with executives, managers, customers, analysts, developers, testers, coaches-in-training and others. Leading companies such as Google, GE, HP and Standard Life rely on Industrial Logic to help them practice and learn valuable skills from Extreme Programming to Lean/agile methods.
Amir is a senior consultant, coach and trainer for Net Objectives. Amir has been in the Computer Sciences field for 25+ years. He worked for 10 years in IBM Research, and spent 9 more years doing Chief Architect and CTO work in assorted companies big and small. He has been involved with agile since 2000. He founded MobileSpear and subsequently XPand Software which does agile coaching, software education and agile projects in Israel and Europe. Amir brings his expertise to Net Objectives as coach and trainer in Lean and agile software processes, tools, and practices, Scrum, XP, Design Patterns and TDD.
Monica is an agile coach and ScrumMaster with SolutionsIQ, focused on mentoring, building and leading successful agile teams for outsourced projects. With 18+ years of development experience and 8 years of leading agile teams, she helps customers produce quality products through continuous refactoring, unit testing, pair programming, small releases and an evolving architecture.
Monica has worked with distributed agile teams over the past 4 years in the US, UK and Singapore. A regular presenter at national though leadership conferences - including Agile2005, Agile2006, Agile2007 and Agile2008. Monica also leads volunteer technical and process groups including Agile Open Northwest, Seattle Agile user group, Seattle Java user group, and Beyond Agile.
Michael DePaoli is an experienced agile/Lean coach and practitioner who is passionate about working with organizations and individual teams to help them predictably deliver high-value, high-quality software. Over his 26 years in IT, Michael's experienced has been earned through serving in many different traditional roles in highly respected companies including analyst, software engineer, quality engineer, development manager, project manager, Director of Engineering, VP of R&D and CTO. He has worked as a consultant in companies, such as American Express, Sprint, Deloitte Consulting, Sapient, Knowledgepoint, Adobe Systems, AOL, NetApp and VersionOne.
