Norwich, United Kingdom (PressExposure) August 18, 2009 -- Agyness became a model after she was discovered shopping on the streets of London. She quickly excelled in the industry, featuring on the front cover of Vogue in the USA in May 2007 and being deemed as 'the next big thing' soon afterwards.
She recently moved from Primrose Hill in London to New York, where her career has gone from strength to strength, but the modelling sensation has now announced that she wishes to spend more time with rockstar boyfriend Miles Kane of The Rascals rather than pursuing modelling.
Damian O'Connor, Managing Director of Models Direct, the UK's largest modelling agency, believes that modelling can easily fit around personal commitments:
"Models Direct works with models from all walks of life and lots of different backgrounds. Many of them have families and loved ones they want to spend time with and support, and the majority even maintain a day job or other commitments while modelling occasionally."
Models Direct is a pioneer in the UK modelling industry, representing models nationwide and getting them work in fashion, magazine, advertising and promotion. They deal with models of all ages, sizes and circumstances, and endeavour to find as little or as much work as the model wants. Their previous clients include Marks & Spencer, the BBC, Punkyfish and the charity Macmillan.
