Sydney, Australia (PressExposure) December 30, 2008 -- Air Bandits, Insofta Games' first arcade title, is now available for download. Resembling one of nostalgic games of the 80's, Sopwith, the game features a small but properly armed airplane confronting various air and ground enemies in a scroll shooter environment.
You can control the plane's direction and use its weaponry with a mouse, but the keyboard support is also announced for Sopwith's fans. The weapons are presented by a cannon and a pack of cluster bombs. You can reload ammo by blowing up Zeppelins (flying balloons) and collecting appearing bonuses.
Another acclaimed gameplay feature is the ability to dig tunnels in the ground, discovering hidden trophies and shortcuts to enemy fortifications. (Hint: destroy not only enemy targets, but also fuel supplies and explosives to gain more score points). You will also meet the air bandits! These planes appear on higher levels and may pose a serious threat, but also reward you with more points.
