Almaden Valley Athletic Club Hosts 'Kick Off Your Summer!' Community Day Open House

San Francisco, CA (PressExposure) June 09, 2009 -- On Saturday, June 20, the Almaden Valley Athletic Club (AVAC®) will open its doors to the community for a day of family-friendly activities designed to promote a fun, healthy, and safe summer. AVAC’s Community Day will feature educational seminars, specialty classes and swim stroke and health assessments, including blood pressure and body fat testing. AVAC will offer water safety tips for the family and a team from the San Jose Police Department will also be present to discuss general child safety and offer free child fingerprinting.
