Pune, Maharashtra India (PressExposure) June 08, 2011 -- Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems, and The Cable Center, the cable industry's nonprofit educational arm, announced today that Amdocs has become the exclusive presenting sponsor of The Cable Center Customer Care Committee ("C5").
The C5 is comprised of 25 invited members from the top 14 cable TV multiple system operators (MSOs) in the United States and Europe, as well as associate members representing some of the industry's leading associations. Through this sponsorship, Amdocs will actively participate in the group's meetings and forums, where the industry's most senior customer experience management executives discuss best practices and innovative solutions. The C5 is part of The Cable Center's Customer Care Central, a group of programs and initiatives designed to help advance the customer experience.
