Tokyo, Japan (PressExposure) July 01, 2015 -- Innovator Japan Inc. announces the launch of anaba (http://anaba.co/), a mobile website introducing hidden spots of Japan for travel maniacs and Japan lovers. anaba, meaning unexplored awesome places in Japanese, is a website offering new user experience by building an interface just like an album. Through swiping photos, users can find information on places, activities and experiences that are not on guide books and only known by locals.
"We want to show the world what more Japan has to offer, beyond just shopping or taking pictures in front of popular tourist spots," said Vivian Ko, project leader of anaba. It is nice to go to tourist spots and take photos of famous buildings and places. However, experiencing the culture is also a great way to enjoy a country. In anaba, users will walk in other people's shoes, discovering the beautiful scenaries that guide book won't show, participating in crazy Japanese festivals like no others, and craving for volumed rice bowl that makes people want to shout out "oishii." It is a place for users to find out true omotenashi in Japan.
Now anaba offers spots only in Tokyo area(Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama). anaba team plans to release the national version with deeper places soon for those true maniacs that are not satisfied with just Tokyo spots.
