St. Petersburg, FL (PressExposure) March 07, 2013 -- Animal Health Education Company Partners With IHT St. Petersburg, FL Animal BioMeridian Health Technologies, LLC's, Headmaster & Managing Partner, Frank Warren Swacker, announces ABHT, St. Petersburg, FL, has Joined with Innovative Health Technologies, LLC., Salt Lake City, to educate animal hospitals veterinarians and the public about application of the BioMeridianâ¢ diagnostic system that allows animals, as well as humans, to enjoy better health. IHT recently acquired certain assets from BioMeridian Corporation, including patent rights to continue to do business under the trade names BioMeridian and BioMeridian International.
The BioMeridian system has proven its effectiveness in human and animal diagnostics, but most of its activities, until now, have focused upon supplying and serving thousands of worldwide customers that are applying the BioMeridian diagnostic tools and software to keep humans in good health. The System employs some of the basic concepts of acupuncture without the puncture.
IHT's management team, headed by, CEO Jacqueline E. Soechtig, shall provide management and administrative services under a service agreement with ABHT, the animal health educating company.
Soechtig, managed the financial turnaround and profitable sale of three technology companies to Fortune 100 companies and has raised significant capital in both the private and public market and successfully completed the acquisition of several companies as part of a turnaround process. She served as Vice President of MCI with profit and loss accountability for $1.7 billion annually. In the beginning of her career, and served in various technical and sales positions with IBM for thirteen years, where she was the recipient of numerous awards for outstanding performance.
Soechtig, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the College of New Rochelle and a Master of Arts Degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Soechtig is also an Alumni of Stanford University's Graduate School of Business with certification in Strategic Uses of Information Technologies.
When Swacker was asked about ABHT's mission, he said: "As an educator and animal lover, I am delighted to have this opportunity to work with IHT management to inform the world on use of the BioMeridianâ¢ technology to improve and maintain good animal health."
Swacker, a former director and officer of public and private corporations is author of numerous published professional articles and books. Included are United Nations Technical Assistance in Control of Narcotic Drugs, Healthcare's Future?, and World Trade Without Barriers, a two volume work on WTO dispute settlement. He served for a decade as International Counsel for a multi-billion dollar corporation and was an advisor on major international trade and investment treaties. He taught international dispute resolution and antitrust law at Stetson University Colleges of Law and is listed in Who's Who in the World and Who's Who in America and holds a B.A. (Economics) from Union College, a Jurist Doctor from the University of Virginia and a LL.M. (International Law) from New York University, Graduate School of Law.
