Athens, Greece (PressExposure) June 01, 2009 -- Cratus Estates has announced the completion of the architectural plans for its first construction in the Greek Island of Lefkada, in the area of Syvotas Bay. After a thorough study on the unique characteristics of this specific area in the south part of the island, the company has come up with the architectural plans for a building complex of four luxurious villas which will combine luxury and beauty with high quality, comfort and safety. The complex will keep its own style but it will totally fit to the wider area of Syvotas, which is one of the most exclusive and well built areas in Lefkada.
The four villas will be built using the same basic patterns but each one of them will keep its special characteristics and its unique physiognomy. Each villa is completely secluded from the others but the whole complex preserves the balance and the aesthetic harmony of a single construction, standing on one of the most idyllic land plots of Greece.
All of the villas have an 800 square meters garden and their own private swimming pool with a wooden pool deck. The largest Villa is 130 square meters with the option to increase up to 180 square meters while the second largest Villa is 120 square meters and has the possibility of going up to 160 square meters. The two smaller Villas, each with its own private swimming pool, are each 80 square meters with the possibility of going up to 100 square meters. The large villas consist of three bedrooms, one living room , a modern kitchen and three bathrooms while the smaller ones have two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and two bathrooms each.
The interior design is inspired by the latest trends and it is based on three fundamental principles: simplicity, luxury and functionality, all of them combined and giving an impeccable finish. The wooden floors along with an imposing fireplace give a unique sense both of luxury and hospitality. All of the villas have many windows which allow the penetration of the Greek sun during almost the whole part of the day and offer the breathtaking view of the Ionian Sea and the blue Greek sky. Each villa is networked and has also a central air-condition.
The construction is planned to begin in the upcoming June right after the issue of the building permission for which Cratus Estates has already completed all the demanded actions. The construction period is estimated to be around twenty months.
The construction cost for each villa is estimated around 200, 000 Euro, however the company plans to keep a low price for the potential buyers by ensuring a submission from the Greek Ministry of Agriculture, which will cover the 60% of the total cost. The relative proposal will be submitted to the Ministry right after the beginning of the construction and at that period the company expects to get also the approval of the Greek Tourism Foundation for a holiday home rental license.
