Are You Ready To Feed The Hummingbirds In Your Backyard?

, Ontario Canada (PressExposure) January 29, 2007 -- Our little friends the Hummingbirds are beginning to get ready for the arduous journey that will return them to our backyards. Some, have even begun their migration trip north.

I know that it is early February and in Canada and the northern United States it is cold outside. Yes, VERY cold outside!

And don’t forget the snow. Yes, there is lots of snow!

But by the time the Hummingbirds arrive, the warm weather will be here. “OH, joy!”

There is something special about looking out your window and seeing a hummingbird hovering beside a feeder, with those tiny wings beating with a droning whir. No matter how many times I witness this sight, I am always awestruck by these fantastic little creatures.

You can welcome these delightful little “flying jewels” by having fresh food waiting for them in your Hummingbird feeder.
