This year marked the 21st edition of The World HRD Congress. Under the theme 'Talent & HR Leadership', the congress focuses on reviewing the evolving trends in human resource management. These awards are governed by the HRD Congress's Global Advisory Council, and are presented annually. They aim at recognizing contributions and leadership in the field of human resources.
