Suwanee, GA (PressExposure) July 28, 2011 -- AtHomeNet, Inc. announces the latest of new features and enhancements to their community and association management websites with the integration of Facebook and Twitter. AtHomeNet clients can now update their community or business Facebook Page from their website, and include a Twitter feed on their home page.
"Facebook has more than 750 million active users and we are seeing many of our clients setting up Facebook Pages in conjunction with their community websites. The added value of the integration enhances communication and increases resident interaction and participation," remarked AtHomeNet's Director of Sales and Marketing, Mike Curtis.
The new functionality is available at no additional cost for AtHomeNet clients and currently works with the Announcements feature of their websites. An announcement posted to the website can also be added to the client's Facebook Page with a single click following the initial setup.
"We plan to integrate even more features with Facebook, allowing website administrators to extend the reach of their messages. With more than 50 website features, the possibilities for utilizing this important communication tool are limitless," said President and Director of Technology, Jeff Sanders.
Also announced this month is the ability to include a Twitter feed to the private or public home pages of AtHomeNet websites. Utilizing the recently released Widget Wizard, the Twitter widget can display up to 20 recent tweets and be arranged on the page with click and drag functionality.
"Many of our clients utilize Twitter to communicate important information with residents on their mobile phones, and the addition of the feed to the home page can increase followers, ensuring that everyone is informed," said Curtis.
AtHomeNet provides clients with new features and enhancements every month at no additional cost.
