Prescott Valley, Arizona (PressExposure) May 13, 2013 -- Gregory Eddolls a first time author just completed and published his first book, "The Glorious Battle - Road Map To Armageddon". The book deals with biblical prophecy, taking into account the historical foundation of prophecy in the lives of real Biblical people.
"I wanted people to get a sense of the entire over-reaching message of the gospel throughout history." says author Gregory Eddolls. "They need to understand that prophecy is based in a firm historical foundation and that we have a sure word of prophecy based on past fulfillment of prophecy. We have yet future fulfillments to take place and if you understand history from a Biblical perspective you can see all the pieces falling together."
Gregory took nine years to write the book. "Why did it take nine years to write the book?" we asked. "Well, it's a pretty serious topic to write about and I wanted to make sure I was comfortable with what exactly scripture says, before I tried to put it into words and draw my own conclusion. Peter says that, 'first of all, prophecy is of no private interpretation.', I find that astounding, since there are so many interpretations already! However I believe it's true. There is one correct interpretation...and it comes from scripture alone. I studied this subject for 20 years. I finally feel comfortable with enough of the subject of Bible Prophecy to have published a book on my findings. Of course I am open to correction if it can be shown from the Bible that I am wrong."
Not only does the book deal with future prophetic fulfillment, but because of it's conclusions (which are at the same time dire and eventually hopeful) Gregory gives a few pointers as to how one might prepare for the coming difficult times and make it through to be alive at the Return of Christ. No guarantees of course! This is a must read for any student of prophecy. It's pretty straightforward writing and if you appreciate a good scriptural argument then this will give you plenty to chew on for while.
