Goldsboro, North Carolina (PressExposure) January 13, 2011 -- Elder Franklyn Johnson has shared with us some important lessons learned in his life. It is refreshing to know someone who shares true to life experiences in order to help others along this journey of life.

Our lives are filled with many great opportunities that may really be a blessing to others, only if we share our experiences and leave permanent records. I am thankful for Elder Johnson sharing these lessons with us. I realize that it took a great deal of his time to share and record these personal experiences.

Most of us desire to live lives that are significant. In ‘Lessons Learned Along Life’s River’, Elder Johnson gives a powerful testimony as well as amazing insight into Scripture. He has shown that the only way to really have a significant life is to have Christ as the head of one’s life. The strength one receives to work and to share with others is only from our Lord Jesus Christ who gives us our various abilities in life and in ministry.

Too often we are destroyed for the lack of knowledge. Elder Johnson has not only been faithful to the Gospel Ministry of Jesus Christ in the teaching, preaching task, but his life and ministry is one that truly reflects the business of the soon coming King. I trust that as you read this book, you not only will hear the voice of Elder Johnson, but also through his writings be moved by the voice of Jesus Christ, our Lord and be more committed to Him.
