Lori is responsible for the financial reporting and financial management of the agency, along with managing personnel and workflow of the administrative staff. She also assists in the Life and Health Department, including marketing group health and new business sales.
Lori attended the University of Akron where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She worked as a Controller in the trucking and manufacturing industries before entering the insurance industry with The O'Neill Group in 1999 where she obtained her Life and Health license.
