Dumont, NJ (PressExposure) March 21, 2009 -- Billing Precision announced recently that they will be integrating a web based system that will allow its clients to easily process credit/check cards and post the credit into patient accounts. A recurring payment manager will also be released prior to the credit card processing terminal.
The first step will be recurring payments via check card, credit card and bank draft. The interface will link directly from Vericle. The doctors office will be able to select payment type and set up number of payments, amount per payment, and other variables. The system will also create reports for credit cards that have expiration dates coming up and those transactions that were denied to help clients request updates from the patients. Credits that ware processed will automatically be posted to the patient account within Vericle.
The second step will be a virtual credit card and check processing terminal that will also post credits directly into the patients account. The virtual terminal and recurring payment interface will be integrated into one screen for ease of use.
Recurring payments will begin beta testing in two weeks and is scheduled for release beginning mid May. The virtual terminal is scheduled for beta testing mid May and scheduled for release mid June.
