As a result of its success, Conduit's contract with Scottish Enterprise has been extended to a three-year programme, with the aim to provide transformative expertise and support to at least ten companies per year. Now, with the launch of the new "Align and Accelerate" programme, Conduit is looking to extend the benefits to Regional Development Agencies, regional funds, early-stage businesses and SMEs across the UK.
Conduit's new "Align and Accelerate" service is a high impact business breakthrough programme that delivers rapid results, typically via a three-month action plan. Focus areas include a business diagnostic workshop, product/solution offer development, financial planning and restructuring, validated market engagement, pipeline review and account planning, and initial customer engagement. The programme is practical and individually tailored to provide businesses with the support and strategies to resolve key business challenges, including the loss of a major account, unfavourable exchange rates and supply chain issues. The overarching programme objective is to enable businesses to shorten sales cycles, achieve rapid breakthroughs in revenue generation, and provide an actionable framework for stability, profitability, and long-term success.
