The alliance agreement covers implementation services and a worldwide reseller agreement for the Cordys Business Operations Platform. It also includes transitioning the entire Cordys Benelux professional services group to CSC to establish a CSC practice with expertise in Cordys technology and leverage this experience globally.
The Cordys solution contains a comprehensive business process management suite suitable for cloud computing operations due to its ability to orchestrate processes and Web services, both within organizations and across organizational boundaries.
