CTI Groupâs call recording and ACD reporting applications are feature-rich and user friendly, which made them the perfect fit for Geckotech, who were looking for applications that they could easily integrate into their product portfolio. But, not just any applications; they were looking for applications that were already integrated requiring no technical integration resources on their part. Since CTI Groupâs applications were already integrated into BroadSoftâs M6 platform, it was a quick and easy addition to their portfolio.
