United States, (PressExposure) February 19, 2009 -- Do you have a 1970 Pinto in your backyard? What about a 1980 Geo Metro? How's it running? It's not?
Why's it sitting there?
This is just one problem I've encountered when it comes to my yard; useless junk cars that sit in my backyard and collect dirt. No, it's not a pinto or a metro, but it could be any type of vehicle. The problem is that we don't have time to tow this piece of "artwork" out of our yard. This was back then, now you have options.
Www.CarsHelpingAmerica.org gives us a chance to do something unique with our junk cars â donate them. You're probably thinking "Donate it? Does that mean I get nothing in return?" According to Martin Schloss, creator of carshelpingamerica.org, there are several reasons to donate a car.
1. You will receive a minimum $500 tax deduction. 2. You are supporting a charity. 3. You can get rid of your car, boat, truck or SUV with no cost or hassles. 4. If your car failed inspection, has high mileage, or is a junk car and you cannot sell it, donating a car is the only alternative.
When asked about why he started Cars Helping America, Mr. Schloss replied, "We started the company because we knew we could provide a better service for the donors and more funds for the charities than other car donation companies."
Cars Helping America is unique; they maximize the amount that a car sells for. They have several outlets â a retail lot, a dealer auction, eBay, and Craigslist to name a few. They sell the car wherever it will get the most money. They also make the cars look their best prior to selling. They do minor repairs if they feel it will add significant value. Basically, they are very hands on and maximize the sale amount which benefits the donor and charity.
So if you still have that 1975 Ford Bronco sitting next to the tire swing, why not check out CarsHelpingAmerica.org? No cost, No hassles, and No Bronco.
