Westtown, NY (PressExposure) January 21, 2010 -- ⢠Croll Organizing now Croll Productive Synergy ⢠Non-Profit Seminar March 9th open to the public: "Doing More with Less! Capacity Building in an Unfriendly Economic Environment"
Certified Lean Office productivity specialist Cynthia Marsh-Croll is founder and president of Croll Productive Synergy (formerly Croll Organizing) of Westtown New York, which focuses on the "lean office" approach.
With the New Year here and many mature businesses not, we must reflect on what has to be done to operate effectively with out current resources all while taking advantage of the opportunities left behind from closed competitors. The silver lining is the opportunity to build capacity and increase market share. For non-profits, this means providing more services for the community with the current resources. This has become a very important topic for non-profits all over the country. As budgets shrink and donations decrease, non-profits need to do more with less. Ms. Croll's article "Capacity Building in an Unfriendly Economic Environment" published in the January 18th edition of the Hudson Valley Business Journal, discusses how nonprofits can address these issues.
Ms. Croll will be presenting a unique seminar on capacity building Tuesday, March 9, 2010 , "Do More With Less! Capacity Building in an Unfriendly Economic Environment". The program will be held at the Hampton Inn, 1929 Route 300, Newburgh, NY. According to Ms. Croll, "Participants will learn how to streamline their office procedures so staff can fulfill their leadership role by freeing up time to create strategic alliances and educate potential board and community sponsors why they should support your mission. They will discover proven tools to reduce costs, increase capacity, and gain faster cash flow." The program runs from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Registration cost is $25 and reservations must be made by March 2nd. Details and registration information are available at http://www.crollproductivesynergy.com or calling 845-649-2778.
