San Leandro, CA (PressExposure) December 04, 2006 -- Entrepreneurial skills and guidelines are needed to ensure that start up and growing companies have the tools needed to promote growth and stability. With that need in mind, Elizabeth Kearney, Ph.D., President of Kearney & Associates: The Experts' Alliance and Sue May, the Director of Chabot College's Community Education Program, have worked together to design a program series that can provide those skills and guidelines for the Entrepreneurs in the Bay Area.
The range of topics in this six-part series was designed to ensure that participants were given an excellent overview of what it takes to "grow a company." They will be able to choose one or all of the following offerings:1. Designing your company's mission, vision, and values statements which are the position statements that set your company apart from its competitors; 2. Creating an outstanding business plan; 3. Designing your marketing plan, 4. Branding your business for impact, 5. Delivering VAS (Value Added Service) that sets you apart from your competitors, and 6. Partnering with your customers.
Alliance members Bette Daoust, Ph.D., Ken Rabello, Kevin Dean, and Elizabeth Kearney, Ph.D. have designed six fast-paced, highly informative programs that will provide participants with the tools, systems, and skills needed to create the growth and capacity that can lead to business success.
