Charlotte Video Production Company Produces Video for Sakrete

Denver, NC (PressExposure) October 28, 2008 -- Charlotte Video Production firm, LA Management Company, has been engaged by Bonsal American to produce a how-to video about their new innovative Sakrete U.S. Cold Patch ready to use cold asphalt product, an environmentally friendly ready to use permanent patching for potholes, cracks and other defects in blacktop surfaces. This video targets commercial and residential users.

Sakrete U.S. Cold Patch has a consistency of potting soil and does not leave oily, greasy stains like traditional asphalt patch materials. No solvent odors, either.

Traditional asphalt patch materials have a thick oily, greasy consistency making them difficult to spread and compact. Sakrete US Cold patch is environmentally friendly: it contains 50% recycled asphalt and greatly reduces harmful VOC’s that contribute to ground level ozone or smog. Road repair workers are not exposed to asphalt fumes and petroleum solvents commonly found in cutback asphalts used in traditional cold patch products but not in Sakrete US Cold Patch.

US Cold Patch can be applied in any temperature and environment – wet or dry It requires no hole preparation other than brushing away of loose debris. Simple compaction with either a tamper or vehicle tire actually begins the curing process. And no clean up required.

“Bonsal American is one of the largest producers of packaged cement mixes and related building material products in the United States,” said Lou Amico, president of LA Management Company. “We are currently engaged in producing several programs for Bonsal American and U.S. Cold Patch is just one of the many exciting, innovative products they distribute.”
