This book encapsulates my passion for helping people around the world pursue healthier eating habits and to seek out a more joyful life. I have been educating people how to properly combine fruits, vegetables, and herbs in cooking and juicing, health, and other various topics since I was seven, and I have noticed that the quality of food and quality of life is rapidly declining to the point that it is becoming a global epidemic among both the rich and the poor. That being said, I am offering my wealth of knowledge and wisdom as a solution to this global problem.
I am providing my international audience with many of my family's secret recipes, and sharing with them tips and wisdom that have enriched me and improved my life physically, mentally, and spiritually. All of the recipes provided are unique, and I served them exclusively at my restaurant, A Phiner Bistro. These recipes, such as smoked salmon pistachio soup, Egusi stew, coconut rice, bean pate', and pineapple lemon juice, cannot be found on the Food Network. This food is high quality nutritious food that nourishes the mind, body, and soul. Others, such as my organic chicken garlic soup, hummus, and beet salad, are classic recipes that my patrons loved so much that they bugged me for the recipes. After so many requests, I decided it was time to make my recipes available to anyone who wants optimum health
