"The Bible encourages us to meditate," says Ms. Jones, a devout Christian, former elementary school teacher and mother of three. "When we dwell in the presence of God, worry and anxiety have to leave."

Ms. Jones produced the Christian meditation CDs after overcoming five years of deep depression over a failed relationship. The breakup left her full of anxiety and she was constantly tormented with negative and self-destructive thoughts. "I was filled
with so much pain and regret that it was difficult for me to get through each day," she said.

It was meditation and the teachings of the Bible that lifted Ms. Jones out of her depression and restored her peace of mind. She was later inspired to produce the Christian meditation recordings. "I felt that if I could incorporate deep breathing,
relaxation and the scriptures all together, I could help other people find relief," she said.

Ms. Jones stresses that her Christian meditation recordings were not produced to take the place of prayer and study. They were produced to enhance it. "The more we can clear our minds from all the clutter of the world," she says, "the more we can
embrace God’s truth. If you’re not controlling your thoughts, it’s most likely that they are controlling you.”. Jones encourages Christian counselors to use the CDs as a supplement with their patients’ treatment plans.

They are also a great gift for anyone because we all can benefit from a regularity of total relaxation.

Meditation titles include "Taking Control of your Thoughts", "Morning Devotion," "Eliminating Stress and Toxic Emotions", "Divine Delay," "Overcoming Restlessness," "The Battle is the Lords,” “Interceding for Loved Ones,” and “Faith in God for Success and Prosperity.”
