Bredgar, United Kingdom (PressExposure) December 08, 2008 -- The NCVCCO (National Council of Voluntary Child Care Organisations) has re-launched itself as Children England.
The largest membership organisation for the children and families voluntary sector commissioned CitySwift to develop a new website (www.childrenengland.org.uk) based on branding developed by London based agency Strudel.
Oliver Mustoe-Playfair of CitySwift said: "The launch of the Children England website is a milestone for us. It is one of the first to use our latest Content Management System, CitySwift WMS.
Everything you see on the website can be updated by non-technical staff using CitySwift WMS. Over 300 pages were loaded onto the new website in a matter of days by staff at Children England!"
Talking about the website, Oliver added: "One of the biggest challenges was to ensure that the new brand was presented accurately throughout the website. The Frankfurter font was a key part of their branding and needed to be used dynamically throughout.
We considered using the popular sIFR method but it simply wasn't good enough. Ultimately we decided to opt for a revolutionary technique called FLIR developed by Cory Mawhorter."
CitySwift (www.cityswift.com) have worked with Children England since 2001 and their solution for Children England included a website, content management system, domain management and hosting.
