CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007, a well-known and popular Exchange Server add-on for adding signatures and disclaimers to Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 mail has been upgraded to version 3.0. The program has been totally redesigned.
This upgrade contains the biggest set of improvements, we added to CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007 since the very first launch of the product - says Szymon Szczesniak, Marketing Manager at CodeTwo - And it is not only about the new GUI.
What users will probably notice immediately is the revamped user's interface of CodeTwo Exchange Rules 3.0. It not only looks better now, but it is also makes it easier for them to access the program's main features. What's more, it is only the prelude to the wide list of improvements included in the current release.
Changes in version 3.0 include: the new remote management mechanism and access rights management features, rules scheduler and tester, rich library of images and signature templates, the new template editor with a wider range of Active Directory dynamic fields to use immediately in signatures, improved signature positioning mechanism and a whole lot more. While composing the templates, administrators can also use users' individual photographs from the Active Directory thumbnailPhoto property. What is more, CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007 is by now the only available solution on the market allowing them to automatically insert personalized QR codes to emails on the server side.
