Speaking about the Six Sigma initiative, the COO of CommLab India, Ayesha Habeeb Omer said that introducing Six Sigma was a decision taken after careful deliberation to their business goal of 'cleaning up' inefficiencies and redundancies in the current Services Organization. Six Sigma was a first step towards the realization of this goal.
