Woburn, MA (PressExposure) October 08, 2010 -- Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a globally recognized provider of commercial cleaning systems, has unveiled details of its soon-to-be released KleenJet® 10150 steam cleaner line. The series is composed of 3 systems supporting various power options, 15,000-watts of steam power and the company's ATIS® germ-killing design.
"We're introducing our first 15,000-watt steam cleaner series with ATIS® disinfection features," said Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com advanced systems spokesman. "The new machines are available in several 60 Hz, 3 phase power configurations to satisfy and array of customers and applications."
15,000-Watt Steam Cleaner Equipment with Sanitization
Three steam cleaner machines comprise the 10150 line. The 60 Hz, 3 phase machines include: the 10156-443CP configured for 440 volts, 10156-483 configured for 480 volts along with the 10156-603CP configured for 600 volts.
Each of the 10150 CP steam cleaner systems will generate institutional-strength temperatures and pressure levels that equal the most powerful machines currently offered in the ATIS® CP product line. The machines are capable of pressure levels of 150 psi pressure levels and temperatures of 386ºF. The systems offer Daimer®'s features designed to lower cost ownership, such as: steel-manufactured boilers covered by life-time warranties, steam heat systems with modular rod architecture for easy replacement by a technician, as well as steel base units and cases for non-corrosion performance. Parts carry Daimer®'s 3-year warranty.
The new steam cleaner line provides commercial tank capacities, including auto-refill tanks rated at 20-liters and detergent chambers of 20-liters. The 15,000 watt machines offer steam density that is nearly 10 times that of a 1,600-watt machine. The units come standard with 50-foot steam hoses.
All three 10150 machines incorporate Daimer®'s proprietary ATIS® sanitizing and ionizing architecture that resides in the boiler. The design has been designated as EPA-compliant and laboratory-approved to destroy a range of hazardous bacteria and mold, including germs such as MRSA, known to cause hospital acquired infections.
