Completion of ISO 9001:2008 Internal Audit process for Customer Care Division of Roshan Telecom - Kabul - Afghanistan

Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra India (PressExposure) May 03, 2011 -- Lakshy Management Consultant Pvt Ltd announced completion of 1st internal quality audit as per ISO 9001:2008 quality management system standard for the customer care division of Roshan Telecom - Kabul.

The internal quality audit under ISO 9001:2008 standard is one of the most critical and important milestone. The organizations that are implementing ISO 9001, need to make sure that a strong internal audit process is established and is followed regularly.

Lakshy conducted internal auditor training for the team of Roshan Telecom and the successful candidates conducted the training under guidance and supervision of consulting team of Lakshy.

Customer Care division of Roshan Telecom is working with Lakshy for last 5 months to plan, define, establish, document and implement the quality management system as per ISO 9001 QMS. The system has already been defined and implemented effectively at all the levels.

The internal audits identified several opportunities for improvements and were categorized as non-conformity.

Ms. Iole - Director of Customer Care with Roshan Telecom said that she is happy with the way ISO has progressed in the customer care division and process control it is bringing in through quality objectives, internal audits, management review, non-conforming management etc.

After the internal audit, a joint meeting was conducted by Ms. Iole to the core team of the organization and all the non-conformities were discussed and plan for their closure was made.

Customer Care Division of Roshan Telecom is now totally ready for the certification audit and they will be going for the certification audit in next 30 days time. Lakshy Management Consultant Pvt Ltd shall also conduct one pre-assessment audit before the final certification audit to ensure 100% compliance to the ISO 9001 standard requirements and effectiveness implementation of the same to ensure successful completion of the ISO 9001 certification audit and award of ISO 9001 certification to the Roshan Telecom - Customer Care Division.
