Bridgewater, MA (PressExposure) July 21, 2009 -- Bridgewater, Mass.-based Coneco Engineers and Scientists, Inc. recently announced the hiring of Kevin McHugh as senior civil engineer for its civil engineering division. Working out of Conecoâs Lowell, Massachusetts office, McHugh will lead civil engineering and survey projects and continue to expand Conecoâs share in the municipal and energy markets.

Prior to joining Coneco, McHugh worked for Environmental Partners Group, Inc. Some of McHughâs previous work experiences included: â¢ All aspects of municipal stormwater related projects, including community assistance with the EPAâs MS4 Phase II Stormwater Permit program. â¢ Municipal solid waste permitting, design and construction management, as well as long-term operation and maintenance. â¢ Private and public site development. â¢ Project permitting, including MEPA, Chapter 91, Wetland Protection Act, and Army Corps. â¢ Wastewater collection system design and construction management. â¢ Remedial system design, construction and operation. â¢ Hazardous waste compliance planning âConeco has a long track record of innovative and cost-effective management and design solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal clients. A resident of Lynnfield, Massachusetts, McHugh holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Technical University of Nova Scotia. Heâs a registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and is OSHA-certified.
