Clear polyethylene microspheres are solid and contain no pigments or additives. They are available in particle sizes from 10-500 micron. Tight particle size distributions are available. Polyethylene microspheres are inert in most solvents and have a sharp melting point at 114C -120C depending on the grade of material used. They disperse easily in creams, oils, paints and adhesives and can be used as fillers, additives or functional ingredients. Desired pigments and additives can be easily incorporated into the spheres up to 40% by weight.
