Nexsyis meets our accounting and operational needs in an integrated package. The technology eliminates a lot of the rework and redundancies or 'waste' we currently experience. We are excited that Nexsyis is not simply an 'off the shelf' software package, but one that can be enhanced to meet our needs today and in the future as we further develop our lean processes. Partnering with Nexysis will give us the ability to focus on continuous improvement and allow us to focus on strategic growth."
Dave Braun, CEO and owner of Nexsyis, Inc. stated, "We are very excited about partnering with DCR Systems. DCR is very well respected in the industry and we are honored to work with their team in addressing the challenges and opportunities faced in the current climate. Nexsyis believes that technology should provide businesses with a clear, compelling, and sustainable competitive advantage and we've worked very hard to make sure that NEXconnex is the most efficient and user-friendly shop management system on the market."
About DCR Systems, LLC:
DCR Systems offers outsourced, turnkey accident repair centers based on "lean manufacturing" principles, which eliminate many of the inefficiencies associated with auto body repair. DCR Systems is owned by the Giarrizzo family, a well-respected name in the collision repair industry through the operation of Cleveland-based JSI Collision Centers, which they established in 1946. JSI grew from a single location to a four-store chain in Northeastern Ohio with annual sales of $12 million and was twice recognized by the industry as "Collision Business of the Year" for its customer service and standardized operating procedures. The business was acquired in 1999 by Sterling Autobody Centers and four years later, grew to 39 locations. In 2001, Allstate Non-Insurance Holdings, Inc. acquired Sterling, and Michael Giarrizzo Jr. took the position of chief operating officer for the Sterling division. While leading operations, Giarrizzo grew the company by establishing an additional 5 "greenfield" stores in just two years.
Giarrizzo subsequently left his position in 2003 to start DCR Systems - with the vision of reinventing the collision repair industry and returning a body shop revenue stream to dealers seeking to retain loyal customers by completing their customer offering.
