San Diego, California (PressExposure) August 28, 2013 -- Sprigley Allan, Online Marketing Manager at the DRIA Nursing Cover, announces that the DRIA Cover has launched its newest style to raving reviews. The Solana DRIA Cover is unique in a variety of ways and might just represent the future in terms of how DRIA finds new styles for their nursing covers. When DRIA decided it was time to launch a new style they broke with their tradition of designing a new cover in-house and instead took a page from the tech world and crowd sourced the design. At this point it is worth including Wikipedia's definition for crowdsourcing; "Crowdsourcing is, according to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, the practice of obtaining needed services, ideas, or content by soliciting contributions from a large group of people, and especially from an online community, rather than from traditional employees or suppliers."
Being one of the first companies in the maternity field to take advantage of this cultural shift, the Solana cover has already begun to fly off the shelf. Since each run of nursing covers are manufactured in limited runs customers have been rushing to buy the crowd sourced Solana Cover since they had a say in the design. DRIA will be doing another design competition in the fall featuring fabrics from Missoni and other famous designers. The completion will be held in DRIA's Facebook page and only people who have liked the page will have the chance to participate.
