Wilmette, Illinois (PressExposure) March 27, 2012 -- Dimension Mortgage Corp. announces it has held the first seminar in its 'Mortgage Lending Demystified' series on Sunday, March 11 at the National Guard Facility in Streator, IL.
Dimension Mortgage Corp. is a new mortgage brokerage based in Wilmette, Illinois whose mission is to get every homeowner in Illinois into a mortgage that fits perfectly the financial situation and goals of the borrowers.
On March 3rd, Iani Varga, CEO and David White (VA mortgage specialist) addressed over 40 national guardsmen/women regarding the benefits and process of getting VA mortgages.
Iani Varga's mortgage lending experience spans 13 years and all types of residential mortgage loans. He is especially proud of the homeowners in difficult situations he's helped.
David White has over 12 years of lending experience and a passion for helping the brave men and women who serve the United States realize the American dream of home ownership.
The seminar is a direct result of Mr. Varga and Mr. White's experience with military personnel; specifically, the lack of understanding how the current low mortgage rate and home values often make owning a home (mortgage payments, insurance, utility bills) less expensive than renting a house or an apartment.
They also talked about how much easier it is to qualify for VA mortgages than most of the soldiers they've met thought it was. For instance, a lot of the people VA mortgages are intended to help do not know that no down payment is necessary or that once the credit score threshold is reached (620), all scores are treated as excellent.
The next seminar's topic will be FHA mortgages. Neither the time nor the place have been determined. Again, the goal is to help the people for whom FHA mortgages are intended to aid understand how they work so they can take use them.
