This document describes the detailed way of creating backup of iPhones through iTunes. The document also explains than circumstances may occur when the iTunes will not be able to backup the data stored in the iPhones, at that point of time you need to use any third party iPhone Backup software to backup the iPhone data successfully and effectively.
