JibJab's "Obama and Hillary Dance in High School Musical 3" has generated 1,247,451 views on YouTube. Political bailout cartoons on Web sites have generated traffic. Google reports 21,100,000 search results for "political animation".

"People are upset," Rumpf said. "They want an outlet for their frustration, and they see themselves in the exaggerated humor of political cartoons.
