Salzburg, Austria (PressExposure) February 18, 2009 -- Easily living - The mobile phone becomes an input device with dikeytus.
Dikeytus is a client server application that connects a mobile phone to a desktop computer. With the built-in editor it is possible to build user-defined control panels directly on the phone. Each Panel contains different Widgets, like buttons, sliders, touchpads, labels etc. that can be freely aranged in size and position. With the first usage of a widget the linked action is defined with a GUI-enabled wizzard. In the current program version files can be executed or keyboard inputs can be simulated. With the Icon in the system tray the server can be controlled comfortably. In addition, the client offers the possibility to configure an unlimited number of server connections. This allows the control several PCs only from one mobile phone.
Therefore Dikeytus allows for example, the comfortable control of the MP3 play lists from the phone, or the usage of a Tablet PC as a Touchpad or extended keyboard.
