Eastern University Graduate School Improves the Community Through Faith, Reason and Justice

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PressExposure) August 21, 2008 -- Eastern University graduate school takes higher education to an even higher level. With the goal of transforming individuals and their surrounding communities, Eastern University’s Campolo College of Graduate and Professional Studies (CCGPS) prepares adult students for a successful career not by merely presenting the material, but by integrating faith, reason and justice into the curriculum and student life as well. This integration is lived out at the intersection of academic quality, access to higher education and sustainability.

“At its core, the mission of the Campolo College is defined first and foremost by the University’s integration of faith, reason, and justice,” Executive Dean David King said. “In the Campolo College this integration is lived out at the intersection of academic quality, access to higher education and sustainability.”

An Eastern University graduate school education focuses on personal, professional and spiritual growth through faith-based Christian learning in order to develop inspired, morally-sound citizens.

The Campolo College represents approximately 1,400 students taking classes from 300 full and part time faculty at dozens of locations throughout southeastern Pennsylvania, Central Pennsylvania, Washington DC and on five continents around the world.
