Punee: ElectraCard Services, wholly owned subsidiary of Opus Software Solutions, launched the electra Loyalty Management System for Barclays Bank PLC, India. With this new solution, Barclays customers can now benefit from various unique loyalty programs and get exciting rewards across multiple banking channels.
The Enterprise Wide Account based Loyalty Management software solution enables Barclays Bank to link the differential reward programs to multiple banking channels i.e ATM services, debit cards, internet banking and mobile banking services.
Barclays Reward Points Program is a unique loyalty plan where customers are incentivized to use alternate channels of the bank. These loyalty points are earned for transactions done on Barclays Debit Card, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking and ATMs and for registration and activation on various banking channels.
