As they are in the doctor's chair, a large TV monitor mounted on the ceiling above them plays cartoons found on Direct TV, and they have a large selection of DVDs for the kids to choose from. The kids are even encouraged to bring their own DVDs.
It's really great, but not necessary," offers Anne. "Just Dr. Coffey being Dr. Coffey was good enough for me, back before there was DVDs and TV monitors. He's the best Encinitas dentist there is. I wonder if my kids know how good they have it."
