London, United Kingdom (PressExposure) October 23, 2009 -- This yearâs report, which marks the 10th edition since 2000, has two special features. The first feature is titled âEnvironmental technology: Senpaku ISHINâ which introduces an environment-friendly ship (car carrier) that MOL envisions as technically possible in the near future. Our approach is reflected by the words âSenpaku ISHIN.â Senpaku is a Japanese term for âvesselâ, and ISHIN is the Japanese word for a complete revitalization or reform. We also interpret ISHIN as âInnovations in Sustainability backed by historically proven, INtegrated technologiesâ for this project. The second feature is called âSafe Operation report: Ensuring Safe Operation.â It reports MOLâs relentless safe operation measures from both software and hardware aspects and increased safety awareness.
MOL Groupâs principles include âcontributing to global economic growth and development, âpromoting an open and visible management style that is guided by the highest ethical and social standardsâ and âprotecting our environment by maintaining strict, safe operation and navigation standardsâ and the company works tirelessly to achieve those goals. The MOL Group seeks sustainable worldwide growth through corporate activities that address the needs of a wide range of stakeholders.
