Felix(R) Global Corp Builds Executive Team for US Expansion

(www.felixglobal.com) continues to build on its success and growth in North America by adding four executives to its team and opening an office in Chicago, Illinois. Jim Graham, President & CEO of Felix® Global Corp. is pleased to announce the following executive appointments:

Terry Szwec, former Managing Director of Coaching at Korn/Ferry International, joins Felix® Global as Senior Vice-President, Sales & Marketing. Terry brings to this role a wealth of experience in sales, sales leadership, marketing, human resources and consulting. Having worked in all facets of the human capital management business, among his many accomplishments he co-founded and built the Right Management practice in Toronto and ultimately led its Canadian operations. A sought-after speaker, both nationally and internationally, Terry is a long-time member of the Human Resources Professional Association where he led the Board Nominating Committee and is currently Director of the Toronto Chapter of HRPA. Effective immediately, Terry’s direct reports include all sales team members, account managers, licensed offices, and marketing. Terry reports directly to Jim Graham, President and CEO.

Teresa (Teri) McEachern joins Felix® Global as Vice-President, British Columbia Region. A former Partner and Management Consultant with Leadership Intelligence, Inc. Teri brings over 20 years of experience as a consultant, executive and coach. Her broad-based experience includes Organizational Design consulting, Change Management and Executive Coaching. Teri has worked nationally and internationally and has held senior HR roles prior to becoming a consultant and entrepreneur. An active member of the International Coach Federation and the Institute of Management Consultants of British Columbia, Teri assumes overall accountability for our Vancouver-based business, and all consultants in Vancouver will report to her. Teri reports directly to Terry Szwec.

Rick Nicholls is Felix® Global’s new Vice-President, Client Services, Southwestern Ontario. Rick brings over 23 years of professional training and consulting experience, and was the founder of Nicholls Training Group. He has worked both nationally and internationally with clients such as the Canadian Embassy to the United Nations, the U.S. Army and in several industries/sectors such as automotive, natural gas utilities, manufacturing, hi-tech, insurance, financial, retail, hospitality, education and health care. Rick has also held a senior management position overseeing the training and development of more than 5,500 employees in the hospitality and entertainment industries. Very active in his community, Rick has served on the Board of Directors of a seniors housing complex for over 20 years. Rick reports to Jeff Watson, Vice-President, South Western Ontario Region.

A native of Chicago, Arlene will initially focus on building strong relationships with our Canadian customers that have operations in the Chicago area.
