The new site is designed as a tool to increase transparency and the openness of Fountainhead's policies and procedures.
The website allows users to view comment, compliments and complaints from previous visitors to the Fountainhead Retreat. If you have been a visitor to Fountainhead in the past, you are encouraged to leave a comment. The site contains links to a range of videos hosted on youtube.com.
Wayne Parrott, a spokesperson for Fountainhead Retreat commented, "as a business we know how it is important to be open and transparent with our clients. We continually work to improve our systems and procedures, and our complaints procedure is no different from any other procedure.
